Our Rules & Regulations
1. The maximum number of riders of each group that should play in our Moon Bouncers at one time are:

2. All Riders must Remove Shoes, Eyeglasses, and Sharp Objects before entering.
3. Absolutely no "Silly String", Confetti, Gum, Food, Drinks, Sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in or on our bounces and inflatable equipment. If upon pick up, any such cleaning is required then a $75.00 cleaning fee will be automatically imposed.
4. To avoid neck and back injuries, No Flips, No Piling, or Mosh Pit Fighting is allowed
5. Do not Bounce against the Sides or Near the Doorway, No Hanging from Basketball Net, Hoop, or Side Nets. No Climbing on the outside of the inflatable equipment.
6. Use only provided ball, other balls may cause injuries.
7. If inflatable begins to lose air, make your way out the exit. Please note emergency exits on roof.
8. Bouncer can turn over in high winds, unload riders immediately if wind exceed 25 mph, and turn off blower.
9. Keep children away from Blower and Generator, they can cause serious injuries.
10. Do not move the unit from where it was installed. If unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation.
11. Children’s safety depends upon you. Your personal (parental) supervision is absolutely required. As the lessee/customer of the inflatable equipment, the safety of all riders is your responsibility.

Weather Policy
During Periods of severe weather conditions (ex. Rain, High Winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of rental agreement, there will be NO REFUNDS!

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please cancel your reservations 4-5 business days before your reservation. Last minute cancellations, less than 48 hours, will be charged a $20 fee per unit. If driver shows up to install bounce house/special event and customer cancels at that moment, customer is liable for 50% of the Full Rental Rate.

There will be absolutely no refunds once unit is installed.

Release of Liability
The Lessee/Customer shall be in charge of the bounce/inflatable unit(s) operation, and is fully responsible for its operation as well as the return of the bounce/inflatable unit(s) in the same working order. Lessor/Party Time Events, LLC and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee/Customer or to any other persons using the bounce/inflatable unit(s), and the Lessee/Customer further agrees to hold the Lessor/Party Time Events, LLC and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or all claims. The Lessee/Customer shall indemnify the Lessor/Party Time Events. LLC and its officers, employees and agents from/against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use and return of the bounce house, should legal action become necessary.
