To assist you in this process, we've created a comprehensive dance floor size guide.Typically, at any given moment during an average event, you can expect between 40% to 60% of your guests to be on the dance floor. (and up to 80-90% if you are using our Party Time Events DJ Entertainment.)
However, it's important to note that this can vary significantly depending on the nature of your event.
For instance:
- Large Wedding Receptions & Corporate Events might see well over 60% of guests dancing simultaneously
- A 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration might have less than 40% of attendees on the floor as most of the guests are there to celebrate the Guests of Honor and share time to connect and/or reconnect with them.
The key is to consider your specific Guest List and the "Type of Event" you're hosting.
